Oat Milk Odyssey

This is a list of equipment and other variables that will remain constant throughout my oat milk-making process. I am assuming it will never change, but I am labeling it with a version number in case I have a change of setting or something in my equipment breaks and is replaced with something else over the course of this project. I will refer to this post (or a future version, if relevant) when listing my process for each trial of oat milk home production.
